Easy Veganuary Recipes

                                Easy Veganuary Recipes

Veganuary is like a New Year’s resolution, but with fewer gym memberships and more cabbage.

It’s a fun challenge that encourages people to try out a vegan lifestyle for the entire month of January.

It was first launched in the UK in 2014 to help people reduce their consumption of animal products and to feel healthier after the holiday food extravaganza.

After all, January is all about fresh starts, and what better way to glow than by switching up your diet?

If you are planning to embark in this New Year’s resolution, here is a selection of simple plant-based dishes to kickstart Your New Year!

SPOILER ALERT: That’s right, you can still eat cake!

Creamy Chargrilled Pepper and Mushroom Pasta

This super simple pasta dish can be created in less than 30 minutes and is a guaranteed crowd pleaser.

Vegan Shepherd’s Pie

With the long cold months of January everyone wants a classic winter warmer and a vegan shepherd’s pie is ideal. Packed full of veg and lentils, topped with a golden mash potato.

Tip: We recommend soaking your casserole dish in the sink while you’re eating, you can then easily wash up with your Dishmatic Dish Wand with non scratch refills and the grime should just clean off super easily.

All-American Vegan Cheeseburger Sliders

You can’t beat a classic cheeseburger, and after just one bite you will forget this burger isn’t made with meat.

Toad in the Hole

Another winter favourite, the classic Toad in the Hole, comfort food at its best! Serve with rich gravy and vegetables, for the ultimate crowd pleaser.

When washing your frying pan make sure you use either a Dishmatic non scratch refill or Wonder Wand refill, as this won’t remove the non-stick from the pan.

Roast Vegetable Butternut Squash

This super tasty recipe is jam packed with vegetables, helping you get all those much-needed nutrients to fend off the horrible January cold.

Before and after rolling out your pastry we recommend wiping the kitchen surface using Dishmatic Tear N’ Wipe, as it removes up to 99% of bacteria with just water, making sure your surface is lovely and clean.

Vegan Cauliflower Korma

This recipe is brilliant and super simple with only six ingredients needed.

Vegan Lemon Cake

You MUST try this vegan lemon drizzle cake! Light and zingy, it also works well if you replace the flour and baking powder with gluten-free alternatives. YUM!
